What is Oenoverse?
[ee-nuh-verse]
Oenoverse is an access and opportunity initiative, dedicated to expanding opportunity in and through the Virginia wine industry.
The goal of Oenoverse is to significantly contribute to building a more inclusive Virginia wine industry through focused outreach efforts that educate and include people from historically excluded and underrepresented communities. The Oenoverse Club is rooted at Blenheim Vineyards, but we are making strides to create a more welcoming and inclusive Virginia wine industry.

Oeno Camp: A Virginia Wine Immersion Program
Oeno Camp is a three-day Virginia Wine Immersion Program similar to the model of Oregon Pinot Camp in partnership with Oenoverse and The Veraison Project. Ten national grantees selected by application process will experience the best of what Virginia wine country has to offer with the goal of furthering education, creating opportunities, and building bridges within the industry.
Who is The Veraison Project?
The Veraison Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of a volunteer group of wine industry professionals committed to making our industry more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Oenoverse in The Press
“There’s this collaboration of conversation and communities where we’re all figuring out what works where. That’s where we are as a region, but also as Black winemakers,” Leonard continues. “We will push each other and the industry by being in community with each other and supporting each other. The more people there are who make wine in Virginia, the more we will see what the state is capable of producing.”
