Blenheim Vineyards Chardonnay

Varietals: 100% Chardonnay
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia Chardonnay is aged for 5 months in 25% American, Hungarian, and French oak barrels and 75% tank fermented, making it a refreshingly crisp and bright expression of Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Notes of lime zest, peach, citrus fruit and green apples

Blenheim Vineyards Viognier

Varietals: 100% Viognier
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia Viognier is aged in 25% French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels for 5 months and 75% fermented in stainless steel tank.
Tasting Notes: Notes of apricot, honeysuckle, and pear are prevalent in this white wine. This Viognier is aromatic and full-bodied while remaining dry and crisp.

Varietals: 52% Chardonnay, 48% Viognier
Vintage: NV
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia white wine blend is aged 100% in stainless steel tanks.
The grapes are sourced from: Seven Oaks, Mount Juliet, and Blenheim Vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Notes of honeysuckle, green apple, white flowers, and pear. Available in stainless steel sixtel kegs.

Varietals: 40% Viognier, 42% Marsanne, 18% Pinot Noir
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia white wine blend is aged 10 months in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels. The blend and label of this wine changes with each vintage depending on our Winemakers choice blend. The label is designed by winery owner, Dave Matthews.
Tasting Notes: Notes of melon, honey, white flowers, and baking spices. This white blend is full-bodied, floral, and dry.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Varietals: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia red wine is 88% aged for 9 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, and finished in stainless steel tanks. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from: Muse, Blenheim, Mount Juliet, and Piggott Vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Notes of tobacco, stewed currants, spearmint, and rich earthy terroir make this Cabernet Sauvignon stand apart. This wine is bold, yet also retains the acidity of the 2013 vintage.

Cabernet Franc

Varietals: 100% Cabernet Franc
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia red wine is aged 9 months in American and Hungarian oak barrels. The Cabernet Franc grapes are sourced from: Muse Vineyard, Glendower, Blenheim, Free Union, Seven Oaks
Tasting Notes: Notes of smoke, dried herbs, eucalyptus, cedar, and cracked pepper make this an intriguing example of Virginia Cabernet Franc. This wine is not masked by oak, creating a juicy expression of this varietal which grows well in this climate.

Winemaking Notes: This Virginia red wine is 66% oak aged for 9 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, and finished in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are sourced from: Seven Oaks, Muse, Mount Juliet, and Blenheim Vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Notes of fresh picked blackberries, plums, and mushroom make this red wine enjoyable during any season. Our Merlot is versatile and juicy, pairing well with many different types of foods.

Varietals: 25% Syrah, 45% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Franc
Vintage: NV
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia red wine blend is aged 90% in stainless steel tanks.
The grapes are sourced from: Seven Oaks, Muse, Mount Juliet, and Blenheim Vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Notes of pepper and baking spice,
bright red cherry, and stewed currants
make this versatile red a crowd pleaser.

Red Table Wine (PDF)

Varietals: 33% Petit Verdot, 22% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec
Vintage: 2013
Winemaking Notes: This Virginia red wine blend is 50% aged 10 months in American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels and 50% in stainless stell tanks. The blend and label of this wine changes with each vintage depending on our Winemakers choice blend. The label is designed by winery owner, Dave Matthews.
Tasting Notes: Notes of Blackberry, spiced plum, cranberry, and violets are prevalent in this proprietary blend. The oak softens the tannins without masking the nuances of each of these red varietals.
