KEN HORNE ART SHOW: “COME ONE, COME ALL”
Ken Horne is an artist and psychiatric social worker based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Born in Los Angeles, he has shown his work throughout the US in Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Ken’s abstract paintings explore themes of acceptance, balance, and relational mapping. He received his BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his MFA in Visual Art from Vermont College of Fine Arts. Recent shows include “You Me We” at The Garage in Charlottesville, “Cherry Bounce” and the William King Museum of Art in Abingdon, Virginia, and “Deal With It” curated by Maake Magazine at The Woskob Family Gallery in State College, Pennsylvania.

Join us on the patio for live music by the Robert Jospe Express from 3-5pm + delicious food from Cote Rotie Food Truck from 1-5pm.
The Robert Jospé Express with Butch Taylor on keyboards, Dane Alderson on electric bass and Brian Mesko on guitar, play a percussive driven mix of jazz, rock, funk and Latin with a contemporary electric sound.
Butch Taylor played and recorded with the Dave Matthews Band for over ten years and Dane Alderson from Perth, Australia amazes audiences with his virtuosity and lyricism on the bass. As a quartet the Express includes funky jazz and rock guitarist Brian Mesko.

HISTORICAL TOURS OF BLENHEIM FARM
Do you know how Blenheim got its name? Or who purchased 480 acres of Blenheim land in 1777? Or why it might not be a good idea to wander into the boxwood shrubbery after dark?
Blenheim Vineyards is now offering historical tours of the property. History enthusiast Marcia Strait will describe the rich past of Blenheim, leading an outdoor tour and also entrance into The Library. The tour will conclude with a private tasting of Blenheim wines in The Chapel.
Tours offered at noon and 2:30pm. Cost is $25 per person, reserve here.

Blenheim’s Main House is a warm and comfortable setting for a private party, reception or dinner. The spacious kitchen can easily accommodate 15-20 people for cooking classes, birthday parties, a private wine tasting…you name it. The adjacent rooms are perfect for a bridal shower or corporate retreat. Prices are available upon request.

Tired of the same tired conference room for your meetings? Our spacious library offers a private and serene setting with stunning views. High speed internet access is available. We are happy to provide winery personnel to perform a tasting at your event for an additional fee. Prices available upon request.
