Ian Redshaw, chef at l’Etoile Restaurant in Charlottesville, VA comes to Blenheim to talk all about dry aged beef. Dry aged beef is allowed to age and often has some beneficial microbes attach to the surface and induce flavor changes. Ian will come and tell us all about it. He will also be bringing some Best of What’s Around beef that he has been dry aging for us to try!

Whether it is using pickles to get through the long winter without fresh produce or using house made vinegars to add a layer of flavor to a dish, Tucker will walk us through how a chef thinks about fermentation. WEDDINGS
Blenheim Vineyards accommodates weddings of up to 200 guests on lush lawns overlooking the vineyard. The spacious lawns offer a multitude of tenting options. Rental of the entire farm includes use of the circa. 1846 home, the library, and the chapel. Prices are available upon request.
PRIVATE PARTIES
Blenheim’s Main House is a warm and comfortable setting for a private party, reception or dinner. The spacious kitchen can easily accommodate 15-20 people for cooking classes, birthday parties, a private wine tasting…you name it. The adjacent rooms are perfect for a bridal shower or corporate retreat. Prices are available upon request.
CORPORATE MEETINGS & RETREATS
Tired of the same tired conference room for your meetings? Our spacious library offers a private and serene setting with stunning views. High speed internet access is available. We are happy to provide winery personnel to perform a tasting at your event for an additional fee. Prices available upon request.
